FORECASTLE FESTIVAL

Forecastle is a 3-day multi-genre music festival in the heart of downtown Louisville, KY.  Taking place at the beautiful Waterfront Park with the Ohio River setting the backdrop, this 4-stage event has hosted some of the biggest names in music like Chris Stapleton, Anderson Paak, and the Alabama Shakes to name a few.  It also lends a nod to the local music scene, always incorporating some of the hottest local talent on the bill. 

Of course, because it sits in the heart of Bourbon Country, Forecastle also showcases some of Kentucky’s best bourbon purveyors.  Brands love to flaunt their wares here, often releasing small batch productions and lending their Master Distillers for panel discussions and demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Mary Beth has overseen Site / Operations for Forecastle since 2012 when it was still a small, regional event.  She has seen many changes to Forecastle over the years and has been an integral part of helping to build what was once a small, regional festival to what it is today - a finalist for Pollstar’s Music Festival of the Year (under 30K) in both 2018 and 2019.
